EMer OÜ is a Tallinn-based company that installs industrial concrete floors: base preparation and reinforcement, mix intake and pouring to levels, power-trowel finishing and hardener burnishing, dust-proofing impregnation and concrete curing, and joint cutting. We work for warehouses, manufacturing plants, hangars, and high-load facilities in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and across the European Union. We answer in Estonian, English, and Russian.
